Are you challenged by identifying and mitigating Security risks within the ASML environment? Do you have a strong background in Security and knowledge protection awareness? Then we look forward talking to you!
You will help us identify the Security risks within ASML and the behaviours that ASML needs to change to mitigate those risks.
Next to this you will develop, maintain and coordinate a global Knowledge Protection Awareness program that effectively changes behaviours to insure our employees act in a secure manner, reducing the most significant risk to ASML.
Knowledge Protection and Security Awareness are essential functions to ASML. More than 80% of the security incidents are attributed to human behavior. The program addresses behavioral change in employees as well as training employees in how to interpret policies and standards.
As Security Awareness Manager you will be responsible for:
-The coordination of all aspects of the ongoing program including planning, organizing, staffing, training and leading program activities.
-Effectivemanagement of the Knowledge Protection program’s (Awareness) projects and management of the risks that arise due to unforeseen circumstances.
-Liaise with ASML (security) managers to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery.
-Proactively monitor and report on the program’s progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
-Managing communications and awareness activities with all stakeholders.
-Planning of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the program and develop initiatives to support the direction of the organization
-Ensure that all Champions receive an appropriate orientation and training to ASML and the Knowledge Program. Train and coach Champions.
-Assist in creation ofKP, SCI and CCI policies and related (CB) training.
-Plan, develop, execute, and manage (IT) Security Awareness programs with the focus on IT personnel, including creation and maintenance of required collateral like poster, newsletters CBT’s etc.
-Perform on-boarding Security training activities where required.
-Bachelor with 5-7 years of relevant experience
-Master level with 3-5 years of relevant experience
-Higher vocational education with long term relevant experience.
-Knowledge of Information Security and Knowledge Protection, Policies and standards
-Knowledge of stakeholders and/or issues related to the program area
-Leads small company-wide (security) projects
-Basic knowledge of behavioural change management principles
-Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation
-Sufficient credibility to advise project teams in relation to the program
-The ability to find ways of pro-actively solving problems
-Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
-Coordinate cross-sector activities
-Influence, inspire and motivate champions to be effective ambassadors
-Lead and evaluate Champions and IT employees appointed to the Program
-Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
-Able to adapt to changing objectives and goals
Context of the position
Products/services/technology and market dynamics:
The role of KPP and Security Awareness Manager covers ASML worldwide, all locations andsectors.The KPP Manager is responsible for appointing Champions worldwide as well as providing a Train the Trainer workshop. The KPP Manager trains these designated employees in knowledge protection and security awareness.
Rolling out the Knowledge Protection Program including the Security Awareness training throughout acquired companies such as Cymer and HMI and including new acquired companies in the program is also part of the KPP Manager’s responsibilities
Position in the RequisitionLocal chain:
The position is an integrated part of the ASML security organization. The KPP Manager presents the Knowledge Protection and Awareness Program status and progress to the Security Committee on a yearly basis. The Security Committee comprises of Senior Management.The Security Committee is a subcommittee with delegated responsibilities regarding security from the Corporate Risk Committee whose members are BoM, Executive Management or Senior Management.
