Introduction to the job

As a Senior TA Advisor you will be part of the TA team in Berlin, being responsible for the mid and long-term strategy of attracting, hiring (and retaining) the best talent in the world, while coordinating the growth of a strong talent pipeline. In addition, the Senior TA Adviser drives local integration projects to implement Global way of working and identifies and drives continuous improvement activities. You will work closely together with the TA Sourcing Specialists, TA Advisors, Employer Branding Communication & HR line to make sure we have a winning strategy.

Role and responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate and drive a strong TA strategy.

  • Implement Global Way of Working in the TA domain.

  • Analyzing and communicating TA trends, results and insights to drive future TA activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.

  • Stay at the forefront of technology to connect ASML to top talent across the country.

  • Close collaboration with Global/ Sector TA Advisors/ Managers, HR Line and Employer Brand Communications.

  • Coach and help to develop the team of Talent Acquisition Advisors and Talent Sourcing Specialists, ensuring delivery to hiring demand and customer expectations.

  • Prepare and deliver TA Plan and lead full hiring process for most critical competencies and roles.

  • Leverage various channels such as internal candidates, personal networks, social media, blogs/forums, events, Google/Boolean searches, and select sourcing tools to attract passive candidate profiles

  • Motivated for a role in challenging environment that is currently in transition.

Education and experience

  • You have a master’s degree in HRM or organizational/business studies and at least 8 years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition.

  • You are highly experienced in working in a very dynamic, fast-paced, complex (international) stakeholder field. Preferably in a technical sector in the German labor market.

  • You have managerial experience, specifically coaching, development and influencing.

  • With your solid base in TA and a mature, independent mindset you can both drive delivery against growth and lead integration projects, as well as be a trusted partner for your HR colleagues.

  • You communicate fluently in German & English.
