Role and responsibilities
- ProvideAnnual/Quarterly China SAFE filing support for SAFE approval by CN SAFEBureau and BOC (Bank of China) and all share transactions/payments in allAsian countries
- Analysisshare transaction, dividend report from Equateplus and communicate withChina employees and SAFE bureau/BOC for payment release and approval
- Followup CN SAFE regulation update with internal and internal/externalstakeholders
- Communicatewith SAFE bureau to update key policy/guideline change/update
- Providethe ESPP report and RSU plan to Asia all employees and proceed the relatedtax filing upon RSU vested shares / share selling / dividend payments inall Asian countries
- Communicateand apply share related tax filing to payroll of each related country inAsia
- Provideemployee/ internal customer support on share-related matters (share optiontransfer, share selling, profile update, transaction support, pendingissue etc.) by directly communicating with VHV stock team and Equateplus(share broker in ASML) in Asia
- Providethe share tax filing for monthly and annual tax with payroll team in Asiafor all employees including inpatriate/expatriate employees and upon that,support cross charge between intercompany for RSU shares vested
- Otherduties for share related projects globally, as assigned
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree
- SAFE filing related experience preferred in share and CN SAFE filing
Skills
- Englishand Chinese speaking (communicating with CN SAFE Bureau/BOC)
- Knowledgeof stock and Chinese foreign exchange policy/regulation
- Knowledgeof tax filing process (etc. Asia tax filing for shares)
- MSoffice skills
