Introduction
To ASML’s clients, ASML Customer Support (CS) is the face of ASML. In order to plan, support and drive timely decision-making processes related to resources the CS Business Planning department was set-up. The CS Business planning department is key in preparing and delivering resource requirement overviews to support monthly operations reviews and strategic decision making as well as driving Quarterly and annual budget processes. Our department has the vision to be the one source of truth of resources related planning as well as the competence center of headcount planning and related metrics. In order to properly drive and support these growing activities, we are looking for a Project Manager who can lead projects and make sure we deliver towards our ambitions.
Job Description
As Project Manager, you drive projects regarding improving and standardizing worldwide (headcount) planning as well as setting up planning and headcount related metrics. In this job you will have close interaction with many stakeholders like the planners in Veldhoven as well as in the field and people form the (operational) segments in the Business Lines. You define proper evaluation methods, aligned with the need (baseline) and learning design on different levels of the “Kirkpatrick evaluation model”.
Main responsibilities:
- Drive and run projects/programs within the department
- Bring the project management competency of the department to a higher level
- Improvement of the data-driven resource planning processes
- Support a step-up in standardization and communication
- Work closely with the stakeholders on how to improve on input and output for planning purposes
Who are you?
- Master's degree in industrial engineering or supply chain management
- At least 5 years relevant working experience
- Experience in planning of people or products in a service or manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of KPI’s and performance management
- Fair understanding of ASML business is a plus
- Affinity with finance
- Knowledge of Installed based management and service businesses
