Job Mission

Your mission as a Change Process Analyst is to create transparency and analyze the performance of the product change process, while driving initiatives to improve quality, cycle time and efficiency of the actual implementation of product changes.
The team has transformed the past years from a focus on operational execution of engineering changes to improving the change process by developing the team’s capabilities in problem solving, reporting and performance management to support our business lines and sectors with lessons learned and transparency on key performance indicators. With this position we want to further strengthen the teams capability in process improvement, performance management and problem solving.

Role and responsibilities

As Change Process Analyst you are responsible to create transparency of ASML’s performance of the product change process and drive performance and process improvements Hereby you work in a dynamic environment, maintain good stakeholder relationships and build a network to achieve your goals.
You need your analytical, interpersonal, communication and creative skills to lead, drive and enable the performance objectives.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Initiate and drive process improvements in the change process based on your analysis and knowledge of the change process. Improvement examples are process redesign, awareness and competence campaigns or (IT) tooling developments.
  • Own and drive, together with line managers, key performance indicators of configuration management
  • Lead investigations of reported issues in the changeprocess with known root cause analysis methods
    Release documents and enable a smooth transfer ofproduct developments with your knowledge of methods and tools.
  • Communicate effectively with sectors relying on the correct implementation of changes.
    Improve adherence to the change process by performingperiodic process audits, communicating the results and initiatingimprovement proposals.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor/master degree with 2-10 years’ experience
  • Familiar with problem solving techniques and continuousimprovement (Green or Black belt is preferred)
  • Preferred experience
  • Known with product change management in complexorganizations
  • Experience with process audits or experience withgiving feedback on process adherence
  • Experience with SAP and Siemens TCE in the area ofEngineering, Production and/or Materials Management.
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management theory. ConfigurationManagement certification (CMII module 1-6)
