Introduction to the job

This position is part of the newly established Sales, Sourcing and Supply Chain Academy as part of the ASML Academy.

This team is responsible to set up easy access and delivery for learning and knowledge management solutions in areas of Sales, Sourcing and Supply Chain across ASML. The team is part of the bigger L&KM community and collaborates strongly with business owners (SMEs) in the sectors.

Role and responsibilities

  • Identify and manage new content curation needs (collaboration with Expertise Lead);
  • Manage and rationalize curated content within their Academy;
  • Aggregate the most useful information (both internal and external) into one location and organizing it, so that it can be easily found (learning paths in LXP);
  • Responsible for contextualizing gathered information by tagging, ordering, commenting, adding background or knowledge information, and rating the content;
  • Maintain the information & learning assets, to remain relevant and up to date;
  • Manage connectors & licensing of trusted sources;
  • Identify and implement a mechanism to tag internal or external SMEs with relevant identifiers for easy access by learners;
  • Identify new needs for APIs / connectors / trusted sources;
  • Set-up rules to rationalize content based on reminder threshold completions;
  • Responsible for creating access group rights for restricted content;
  • Responsible for the Intellectual Property of the content (in collaboration with Expertise Lead).

Education and experience

  • Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in business, communication or educational studies;
  • 1-3 years of work experience focused on structuring and making knowledge accessible and /or content curation;
  • Work experience and expertise in Learning and/or Knowledge Management is a big plus;
  • Work experience or knowledge of Sales, Sourcing and Supply Chain is a big plus;
  • Has worked across various levels of an organization, while building trust and fostering collaboration.
