Introduction to the job

This role is mainly for Capacity Planning.

Role and responsibilities

Manage TAP (Target Annual Plan)/DGM (Decision Gate Meeting) process, be the bridge between local CS and Central Business planning.
Act as point of contact for various stakeholders such as Business Line Management, Central Business Planning (located in Europe), HR, and others
Collect forecast information from central planning (RFF) and/or scenarios from sales (LTFP)
Gather planning proposals from both field and central and prepare for the story line
Check outcome of RFF with targets on LTFP, cost average, hiring, efficiency targets, etc.
Prepare storyline (RFF/LTFP proposal and reasoning) for CS segment and BL reps and advise on CS footprint change scenarios
Align approved RFF(per segment/BL/Cost center) with Stakeholders and capture in tooling, communicate capability impact to central Planning.
Run the head count planning process for your scope, drive alignment with the stakeholders.
Conduct analysis to identify trends and inefficiencies.
Produce and maintain a Capacity Plan, assessing the impact of changes on the plan and on the performance of services and resources. Ensure that the plan is feasible and in line with the Sales and Financials for assuring the success of the company.
Link planning to actuals (both outcome as drivers) and use that information to steer decision making or continuous improvement.
Drive continuous improvement to increase data quality and efficiency in the organization/processes.
Ensure that norms and planning models reflect reality of the ASML TW sites.
Coordinate and maintain CS TW 3rd party resource planning with Field, Procurement and Finance.
Assess and work with CRE for office seating capacity for TW.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience inindustrial engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (supplychain, financial/business/capacity planning) in related sector (e.g.high-tech, customer service).
Previous knowledge of ASML CS business a plus.
Must be able to read and interpret data.
