Introduction to the job

Take the responsibility to support & improve the internal process for CS Business and CS engineers, for one of the CS accounts.

Role and responsibilities

  • ServiceManagement System (SMS) Call Handling support; monitoring all serviceorder from opening till closing including backend process in the Finance
  • Billablelabor / part management; all billable labor / material process, priceadjustment, quotation, return part handing, etc till billing process inthe Finance
  • Useracceptance test (UAT) and Project item to be implemented in SAP production(SAP PRD)
  • Dataanalysis and report
  • Openservice order report; manage all open service orders (OSO) for timelyclosing, daily follow up and weekly / monthly report on aged items
  • Billablelabor / Part report; report on billable labor / material status forrevenue and pending items with action plans
  • LocalSolving rate; monthly report on the local solving rate
  • SAPauthority management for CS engineers
  • SAPdata management on part / price information
  • Functionlocation management for relocation / installation
  • InstallBase list management

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or other relevant majors
  • Experience in supporting department background more than 2 years is preferred
