Within the Digital Platform and Services (DPS) unit the Customer Support (CS) New Product Introduction (NPI) team manages the introduction of new technologies on the Virtual Compute Platform (VCP) systems into the ASML worldwide service organization. You will realize together with the team, a number of objectives to ensure that the worldwide service organization can execute service delivery to meet customer Service Level Agreements at the agreed cost targets as defined by the Business Lines.

Role and responsibilities

As the CS Digital Platform Project Lead (PL), you take ownership of and are responsible for one or more NPI project(s) rolling out the product at customers. Throughout the different phases of the NPI project(s) you will have various responsibilities:

  • Ensure requirements from the field will be taken into the design and development of the Service Mix (Tools, Procedures and Spares) while translating requirements into costing information;
  • Track requirement compliance. For non-compliances defining containment and ensuring risks are mitigated;
  • Define & plan service related solutions (including Operational Level Agreements);
  • Set-up and operate issue intake and solution roll-out processes for all targets (XLD, DOA, Parts usage,…);
  • Ensure that the field has the required information to prepare itself (blueprint & buffers) and drive execution by the Field and by the sector PLs and report status;
  • Generate the CS Key Decision deliverables for the Product Generation Process to ensure cross sector approvals for all the NPI services;
  • Work together with several different groups within ASML: System Engineering, Development & Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Product Management and CS local organization;
  • Feedback experiences and lessons learned towards the respective teams.

Education and experience

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in IT, electronics or software engineering;
  • Extensive experience in project management for introduction of new product;
  • Previous involvement in multi-functional and complex stakeholder management projects;
  • Background in software and IT development and roll-out of solutions;
  • Previous involvement in high-tech industry is a plus.

Other information

As a CS Digital Platform PL, you will report directly to the CS DPS Group Manager and be part of a CS team undertaking New Production (NPI) and running operations.
