Introduction to the job

Do you get energized by organizing for success on a new EUV platform to meet the performance according to our technology roadmap and customer expectations? Is managing performance and clearing of obstacles / issues to achieve that your cup of tea? Then you should apply for the position of EF Install System Owner EXE in our EUV Factory (EF), to join us in introducing and industrializing the EXE platform at our customers.

  • Ensure the way of working stays as close as possible to NXE installs and that sustainable processes are available to successfully execute (pre-)installs first time right;
  • Define and maintain safety protocols and standard operating procedures during Installations

3. Execution phase:

  • Operational planning:
    • Provide and align project planning with pre-defined milestones to all relevant stakeholders;
    • Ensure that delta work preparation package(s), delivered by the EXE program, are incorporated in the 6Ps and if applicable structurally embedded in the work preparation file and Integrated Install Plan (IIP);
    • Convey key milestones to team members (ASML & 3rd party) and coordinate activities to achieve on-time
    • Be the ambassador of the EUV Installation department.
  • Customer interface:
