We are currently searching for a highly motivated, energetic individual who is ready to roll up their sleeves and add value quickly to our team.
The Executive Administrative Assistant to the Director of Production Engineering will be the ultimate professional. Polished and detail oriented, this person will possess sound judgment and the ability to multi-task in order to meet deadlines.The candidate is relationship-oriented, approachable, diligent in their work, and possess the integrity required for handling of highly confidential information.

Role and responsibilities

  • Manage the calendars of the senior Production Engineering management team.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative professional business relationships with all levels of the workforce and outside companies
  • Act as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator for the senior managers and senior leaders.
  • Work with sector stakeholders to arrange business meetings, luncheons, dinners, etc.
  • Manage all Staff, Quarterly, and Offsite meetings, to potentially include logistics, agenda/materials, onsite, and event management support.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel, visa applications, passport changes, ground transportation and hotel accommodations for Wilton Factory staff.
  • Helps coordinate training and recruiting events for Production Engineering Staff
  • Assists with onboarding tasks for new employees
  • Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, and research matters.
  • Independently manage multiple projects and respective priority-setting in a dynamic, stimulating environment.
  • Assist planning of program/team celebrations/anniversaries/events.
  • Coordinate and align schedules/events with offices in the Netherlands and Asia.
  • Perform all responsibilities with a high degree of discretion and initiative.

Education and experience

  • Associates degree or Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Discretion combined with poise and professionalism in all communications.
  • Demonstrated strength in multi-tasking and prioritizing work with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. preferably with additional experience in Microsoft Access and SharePoint/Teams Administration
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Must be proactive and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team.
  • A positive "can do" attitude and sense of humor are essential.
  • Preferred exposure to SAP
