Introduction to the job

In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.

Development and continuous expansion of human resources and organizational development strategies for long-term employee retention. All strategies and measures are based on the corporate values and are derived from the global strategies.

Role and responsibilities

Every employee is responsible for the timely delivery of their work in the agreed quality. Important information that might affect the quality or schedules must be forwarded to the supervisor or the appropriate divisions.

Each employee is responsible for the continuous improvement of work processes, working conditions and the entire organization, e.g. by making their own contributions, suggestions or approaches to solutions.


  • Development of framework concepts for ASML-specific qualification programs in international teams with a view to global integration of the offerings

  • Executive development as well as talent management and learning

  • Consulting and support of executives and project managers in questions of human resources and organizational development

  • Development of career models in cooperation with the specialist departments and the HR Business Partner

  • Potential identification and development by applying quantitative and qualitative methods

  • Further development of the internal trainer pool

  • Workshop conception and moderation

  • Further development of learning management systems and online formats

  • Mentoring and coaching of managers and employees

  • Support of across-the-board HR projects, e.g. employee surveys, organizational change processes, e.g. culture, engagement and management consulting 

  • PE controlling

  • Presentation of HR development on the intranet

Education and experience


  • Business studies with focus on work and organizational psychology, adult education, or comparable qualification

  • Coaching training

Professional experience / Personal requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience in HR development and talent management, preferably in an international context

  • First management experience

  • Distinct social competence

  • Analytical skills

  • Ability to self-reflect

  • Self-initiative

  • Very good command of English

  • Experience in strategic change processes
