Background information

This internship takes place within the HR Talent Engagement Team of ASML. The HR Talent Engagement team is focusing on long-term student engagement, with the main-focus being on Dutch / European studies. Talent Engagement activities cross-country / continent is mainly done locally. Global Early Career management is operational within this team as well, but with a global focus.

Your assignment

As an intern you will support the Global Early Careers manager in setting-up and rolling-out of the early career (EC) strategy within all of ASML. Overall activities are:

  • Information gathering and analysis;
  • Organizing workshops and setting up questionnaires to global ASML offices (mainly remote);
  • Support the global organization in EC strategy;
  • Periodic communication to different EC stakeholders;
  • Next to EC strategy, you can actively support within the first ASML Management Traineeship program by providing input and support on program content, stakeholder management, reporting and communication and direct contact with the trainees in the program.

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

  • Are a bachelor or master student in HR, Business Administration or similar;
  • Have great communication skills and a strong drive;
  • Are outgoing, pro-active, well-organized and result-oriented.

This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship (non-thesis) with a minimum duration of 6 months, 4 days per week. The start date is as of January/February 2023.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
