How easy is it nowadays to travel to other countries for work? You will find that out within our team because you support business travelers (global) in the area of immigration, social security and tax related matters

You will start your job in the Immigration&travel team, this is one of our sub teams within People Services Europe. People Services is the people contact center for employees and managers within Europe and is responsible for managing all Hire2Retire Operational processes. People Services Europe exist of around 90 employees all based in the Netherlands.
The immigration&travel team is the only team that is working global within People Services Europe. Most of the colleagues are based in the Netherlands, one other colleague is based in Taiwan.

Role and responsibilities

You are responsible for interacting with general management, HR managers and employees by providing insights and solutions to diverse scenarios by phone, mail or via our HR systems.
You will be part of a dynamic team within People Services organization in a fast growing and continuously changing international high tech company, with lots of career and development opportunities.

Responsible for the correct application of visa and work permits for the customers
Responsible for submitted information and ensure that all required information is complete and correct;
Responsible for initiations to external vendors if they have to start the visa or work permit processes;
Inform customers on processing times of the various visa and let them know in case planned dates are not feasible;
Answer questions of customers on application status and check with vendors on agreed deadlines;
Sharing, obtaining and maintaining knowledge is key;
Deliver based on agreements (KPI/SLA);
Drive high standards and first time right service delivery;
Drive efficiency improvements while also keeping the customer needs in mind

Education and experience

HBO or Bachelor's degree or equivalent gained through experience preferably within HR (2-5 years).
