Role and responsibilities

As an inventory management analyst you will be responsible for the inventory within our warehouse. This role includes integral alignment with Supply Chain Management, in house 3PL, others ASML warehouses to ensure stock availability and accuracy. You do this to make sure our internal customers (Factories) will receive their materials on time in full.

As an inventory management analyst, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

Operational activities

·Ensure material availability based on demand needs

·Ensure timely delivery of all needed materials

·Align on capacity vs. demand in the logistical process

·Set priorities for specific stock transfer orders

·Report on performance, and set out actions when needed.

·Cycle Counting.

Continuous Improvement activities;

·Analyze our inventory to identify improvement opportunities.

·Define and improve inventory related processes.

·Participate and/or drive continues improvement projects.

·Interact with stakeholders.

Education and experience

Relevant Bachelor or Master degree (e.g. Operations Management & Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management).

  • 3 years of experience within logistics / supply chain management
  • Hands-on experience in a technical production/warehouse environment.
  • Preferably experience with trouble-shooting: problem solving mythologies.

·Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system.

The Logistics Operations (LO) is responsible for the storage, planning, assembling and shipment of ASML material, e.g. systems, upgrade packages etc. FLS directly supports these functions by solving incidents and consequently addressing them to the rest of the organization to create a structural solution.

You will work in a 2-shift schedule (support rooster). A support shift schedule consists of an early shift one week and a late shift the next week. You have a 4 day workweek and are expected to work 1 weekend shift every 4 weeks. Please note; a certificate of conduct (‘Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag’/VOG) and following additional training and courses is required for this position.
