Role and responsibilities

Integrate Proto e-Beam machines and maintain install based machines to support US D&E engineering work, SW release and customer demo. Working at System Integrate team to integrate prototype E-Beam inspection machines.

  • Execute/Maintain Integration Plan.

  • Intake Machine Time Claim.

  • Update Machine plan.

  • Prepare for execution.

  • Execute Claims on Machine.

  • Report Machine Progress.

  • Report Project Status.

  • Maintain HW+SW Configuration.

  • Manage issues and handle machine issues.

This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Education and experience

Bachelor with over 3 years’ solid experience at semiconductor equipment area.

Master with over 2 years’ experience at industry equipment areas.

Experience in large scale or electro-mechanical integration activities, e.g., as integrator in multidisciplinary project and directly hands-on integration are preferred.

Skills

  • Able to apply professional knowledge to develop /integrate semiconductor equipment and ability to learn.

  • new technology through hands on experience and project development.

  • Good analytical skills.

  • Use different tools for troubleshooting system.

  • Time management skills to handle multiple requests at a given time.

  • Able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audience.

  • Worked for large scale system and have basic knowledge of Mechanical, EE, Electronic Optical and Computer Engineering and have specific strength at one of the above areas.

  • Identifies bottlenecks and drives improvements.

  • Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrate open, clear, concise and professional communication.

  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with D&E engineers.

  • Work according to a strict set of procedures within the provided timelines.

Partial Role within Office (10%)

Responsibilities  

  • Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.

Responsibilities

  • Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for entire duration of shift.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.

  • The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Can we be more specific:
