Introduction to the job

Are you challenged by taking responsibility for the production plan of TF manufacturing?

The Master Planner reports to the Manager Master Planning and works closely within the TF Planning & Logistics department to ensure that we are a reliable partner towards install, sales and integration. You achieve this by taking responsibility for the factory demand/supply plan; in where you understand our factory constraints, ensure a planning within our constraints, and make sure that if plan is not optimal drive timely actions to increase capability or trigger flexibility opportunities.

In addition, you will drive several improvement projects to industrialize further our planning framework. To achieve this, you will not only be closely working together within the planning team, but as well with other MF departments; module owners, group leads, team leads, business engineering and cross departments as S&SC and integration.

Role and responsibilities

As Master Planning your main responsibilities are:

o    Provide an optimized factory production plan that meets company output ambitions whilst it respects our factory capabilities

o    Provide insight in current move-rate capabilities; and support actions to drive delta to target

o    Support departments to drive structural actions & define containment plans to close gaps

o    Report out on factory management level on assessments and highlight risks

o    Optimize the factory capacity planning to meet the mid-to-long-term output demands to satisfy the customer need dates for systems

o    Make steady rhythm planning and make well communication if change.

o    Proactively engaged with Supply Chain Planning team to understand the mid-long term demand trend of platform requirements

o    Detect output supply risk and bottleneck timely to align with stakeholders for mitigation plan or even solution to ensure production continuity and output i

o    Play as the control tower of demand and supply planning within factory to ensure end-to-end alignment and provide transparent and reliable integral supply and installation plan by optimizing resources and mitigating risk with cost effective driver.Drive opportunities to use flexibility (on short term), and/or drive capability investments if plan is above capability (long term)

o    Drive existing and new logistical projects to further develop, automize and implement to further improve Production Logistics processes to improve efficiency

Education and experience

- Bachelor or higher degree of industry management/engineering
- 5 years and above working as Production Planner/Supply Chain Planner/IE Engineer in high-tech environment.
