Introduction

And do you have experience with assembly and knowledge of NEN 3140 and NEN 1010? We might be looking for you!
Job Mission
To Pre-pare the cabins and install and connect cabinets for NXE systems.
Be proactive when it comes to cycle time reduction and making improvements.
Cabin Equipment: installing cable sets, hoses, and ducting.
Cabin Preparation: Installing and connecting Cabinets
Cabin Assy means combination of both activities.
Job Description
- Accurately manufacture machine cabins in accordance with the established specification statements.
- Detect and report frequent/systematic problems related to cabin preparations for continuous improvement.
- Connecting (electrical, mechatronic) components and pulling various wiring.
- Take part in the improvement of the product/safety or manufacturing process.
- Various assembly related activities: mount parts, tune, operate, and test.
Education
Medium vocational degree in mechatronics or electronics.
Experience
Work experience as an assembler of large modules or having an electrician related back-ground.
Experience with working with SAP-ME is a pre.
Working with computers is a significant part of the job. Making comments on procedures, updating logbooks in Excel. Making DN’s MN’s in SAP.
Personal skills
-Capable of solving issues/troubleshooting.
-Capable of working with computer systems.
-Able to work with work packages within a shift according to the way of working.
-Knowledge of Excel and SAP is a pre.
-Knowledge of NEN 3140 and NEN 1010.
-Know How of assembly processes.
-Team player.
-High Quality standard.
-Stress resistant.
-Good English and Dutch vocabulary required (read/write).
Context of the position
The sector Cabin Prepare is responsible for preparing cabins for NXE types of machines. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within this sector. The holder of this position reports to the Team Leader, Cabin Prepare.
When no cabin has to be prepared, Cabin Prepare will assist other departments with their activities in EF factory.
Other information
Work will be done in 2 shifts, and you will work one weekend every 4 weeks.
Please note that in this role, a physical aspect is present regularly.
