Introduction to the job

Context

Reports to Manager Data & Applications withing the Center of Excellence of Corporate Real Estate. Leads a team of product owners and functional application managers within an Agile Release Train.
Is responsible for Innovative, multidisciplinary technology.
Knows how and when to influence: Collaboration with other groups needed to achieve group deliverables; Considerable number of / diverse type of internal customers or supported departments.

Role and responsibilities

Responsible for translation of team targets to the domain of Applications and act as the functional team lead for the Application Team.

  • Create a vision on CRE applications and create a roadmap together with CPO.

  • Organize information management such as authorizations.

  • Linking pin with core IT and IT within building generation projects

  • CRE IT resource & cost management.

  • Lead and manage the development, implementation, and optimization of solutions within the CRE domain.

  • Develop and implement an application strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and enables efficiency & data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business problems and opportunities that can be addressed.

Education and experience

  • MSc or PhD in information management and/or technical fields and extensive relevant industry experience.

  • Experience managing larger groups.

  • Experience across different sectors.

  • Experience direct interaction customer.

  • Experience in working with Agile/Scrum.
