Role and responsibilities
As a HR Business Partner you work closely together with employees and management and provide them with solid advice, coaching and feedback on people topics. You drive, support and advice in the yearly HR cycle regarding performance management, employee development, succession management & compensation. You create, deliver & connect HR interventions tailored to unique business needs, with a midterm and strategic outlook. And you contribute to realize our Global HR priorities, focusing on Leadership & Competence development, Organization & Change, Strengthen HR Core and Attract, Recruit & Onboard. Next to that you provide input and can play a leading role in HR projects connecting to our EF People Plan focused on Culture, Leadership Development, Employee Experience and Organizational Design and Change.
Job Description
In this exciting position you will have multiple roles:
As HR Business Partner you will drive the strategic and tactical execution of the Install team. This organization is responsible for the installation of our EUV and EXE machines in 21 customer sites (13 new planned, 8 operational) all over the world. You will advise the management team of this organization on change, workforce planning, organizational design and development related topics and you drive and support line managers in solving organizational, people- and change-related issues. You are a credible and trusted sparring partner for senior managers, including reflections on their personal leadership. You use HR data & analytics to support people & organizational decision making. Finally you are an employee’s advocate and know what is going on at the work floor.
Experience
You have over 8 years of experience in the field of HR and have proven yourself as a partner to the business.
You are knowledgeable in all HR functional areas, like People Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruitment and operational expertise including strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation. Organizational design, change management and advanced team facilitation skills are also important capabilities to bring to the team. Experience in global mobility processes and working across different cultures is a plus.

- Bsc or Master degree in an HR related education
- Experience in a global, international fast paced (tech) organization
- Proven experience in leading and delivery of multiple projects and processes at the same time
- Experience or affinity with LEAN, Manufacturing or Agile ways of working
- Affinity with talent management, change management and/or organizational design is appreciated
- An analytical skillset in combination with a very pragmatic and result-driven approach: you will get things done!
- Customer oriented (providing swift, efficient and personal guidance to employees and managers)
- Excellent international communicator, convincing and emphatic
- Strong on organizational sensitivity and ethics

Additional organizational information:
In this role you will be working in the EUV Factory (growing from 1900 towards 2400 employees) which is responsible for building and installing the state of the art EUV machines. Experience, with LEAN, structural problem solving, working in the dynamic of a diverse production / factory / install environment is beneficial. This role will focus on the business groups that support the Install organization, currently 350 employees, and you will be supporting the HR Cycle and People projects for the total EUV factory as well as take part in the Global Manufacturing projects, currently +7000 employees worldwide with locations in Europe, US and Asia.
