This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Role and responsibilities
Know the training team's learning strategy and capabilities. Use this knowledge to develop and implement training for cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training requirements and rapidly develop training products.
Act as program and training development lead and deliver high level training sessions when required.
Create process(es) process to curate knowledge and produce training products for internal and external audiences.
Collaborate to create a skills proficiency program, based on the field's skill proficiency program.
Create training material from source documentation and SME input.
Collaborate with your team to prepare for training deliver.
Provide guidance with Learning Management System administration to document and schedule training.
Use the Learning and Management System to structure curriculum and course materials.
Record ad hoc training sessions and post to LMS or streams.
Perform other Learning Management System tasks to ensure session, course and events are completed.
Develop a train the trainer program for delivery of internal training for skills maintenance and knowledge competencies for your groups.
Mentor and provide training to internal team members on process and procedures related to Learning, Development and related systems and applications.
Education and experience
Bachelor's Degree in Learning or equivalent experience.
5-7 years equivalent work experience in Training, Learning and Development, or Instructional Design.
The California base annual salary/hourly range for this role is currently $112,625.00 - $152,375.00. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
