Our CRE Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible to secure continuous professionalization and innovation across the CRE organization and to ensure implementation of and adherence to the global strategies and standards.

The Manager Global Asset Management leads and directs the Global Asset Management Team existing of Global Strategy Lead(s) Asset Management, Reliability & Risk Manager and Quality & Standardization Experts. The Manager Global Asset Management is responsible for Global Asset Management strategy, including Engineering Design Guidelines (EDGs) and Asset Lifecycle Management, policies, roadmap and guidelines.

Role and responsibilities

The role of Manager Global Asset Management entails the following key responsibilities:

• Lead and direct Global Asset Management Team

• Ensure translation of ASML changing business needs into Global Asset Management strategies.

• Ensure the establishment, optimization and management of Engineering Design Guidelines

• Ensure the establishment, optimization and management of Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM), policies, roadmap and guidelines.

• Ensure ASML’s assets are managed efficiently and effectively to support ASML’s overall objectives.

• Ensure continuous alignment with demand/requests from sectors, business lines and operations (anticipating medium- to long-term strategic corporate decision making)

• Operationalize and implement CRE CoE Strategic Initiatives Roadmap

• Establish and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the asset management strategy and to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of asset management.

Education and experience

• Academic working level obtained by education and work experience.

• Relevant Master degree, e.g., (Technical) Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate.

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in an (complex) international high-tech industrial environment.

• Proven track record in operational excellence, change management and leading transformation program.

• Experience in influencing decision making in a fast-paced international network organization.
