Within ASML, D&E EUV Optical Column department is responsible for the specification and development of ASML EUV products - development of the optical systems. The department consists of multiple groups which work in their own domains. Dose Control group is part of the department, controlling the light architecture, the dosage response loop between the scanner and the source. You contribute to various stages of development, integration and qualification of control loops and the optical sensors. The team also plays an important role in supporting other ASML sectors such as manufacturing and customer field support.
Job Description
As Product Owner, your role includes:
- Ensure delivery of a product, in line with the roadmap, within a team.
- Provide input for the product vision and strategy and deploys that vision and strategy
- Manage the relation with a group of stakeholders on operational level
- Make decisions in conjunction with the manager, based on what is done and what has not been done, according to the rules of SAFe and on priorities related to effective product backlog management
- Define activity and resource planning
- Organize and motivate an engineering team
- Gather expectations/requirements and ensure internal and external customer needs met.
- Analyze and manage/mitigate risk
- Monitor and report on progress
- Deliver necessary documentation
Education and experience
Master or PhD degree in in Physics, Mechatronics, Optics or Engineering.
5+ years high tech product developemnt experience in a multidisciplinary environment.
Product owner/ technical leadership experience is an advantage
Knowledge of project management methods and tools
Strong commitment for delivering value towards customer
Strong stakeholder management skills
