Effective learning and knowledge management is foundational to execute the manufacturing strategy and continue to growth, and the Manufacturing Academy will support this.

The Manufacturing Academy Veldhoven (MFA) focuses on learning, both at the start of a career (onboarding) at one of the Veldhoven based Factories ensuring engineers are capable to do their jobs, and help them develop and grow their skills and competences for the future.
As a Project Lead Learning Solutions you drive and embed the development of learning solutions conform agreed scope, time and budget, while ensuring they are effective, efficient and attractive for our internal customers.

Job Description
Initiate projects and programs and set-up for success by inventorying required budget and resources based on clear and agreed learning objectives and business cases.
Drive projects and programs. Validate, deploy and secure benefits enabling our customers to cash the benefits of the deployed Learning Solution.
Project management: Manage the ‘triple-constraint’ (Time, Budget, Scope), document and present status and progress (both on process and content).
Initiate and drive continuous improvements to increase effectivity and efficiency of our projects.
Contribute to the creation of the MFA Learning roadmap and project portfolio.
Documentation and reporting: Develop and maintain documentation on status and progress of benefits realization (both on process and content)
Familiar or willing to learn the ADDIE model to develop Learning Solutions.
Education and experience
BSc or MSc in technical discipline, e.g. industrial/business engineering or business administration (MBA).
Experience and proven track record in leading cross-competence, complex projects
Didactic and/or pedagogic background is a pre.
>5 years project management experience in international, dynamic environment (eg. High-tech)

Ability to lead, motivate, drive and influence others at all levels in the organization.
Excellent communication, influencing and reporting skills

Organizational context of the position
You will directly report to the Group Lead Projects and Programs of Manufacturing Academy (MFA) Veldhoven. The MFA department is part of the Manufacturing Services organization within the sub-sector Global Manufacturing.
The EUV Factory (EF) and Twinscan Factory (TF) run a production environment with Facilities, skilled people and production processes. This to enable the Production & Install of EUV and DUV systems within a short as possible lead time, as low as possible production cost and as high as possible quality.
The Manufacturing Services (MFS) organization delivers services to the factories globally with a focus on the Logistics operations for the Veldhoven team.
The Manufacturing Academy is set up to support the global factories in ASML, the Veldhoven team is a critical part of this organization. As the business and organization has been growing, so has the demand for professional learning and knowledge management solutions. Driving a culture of learning is key for both the Academy teams as well as for the customers (factories).
A strong collaboration is required with the Operational Excellence and HR teams in the factories. Also the MF Academy is part of the global ASML Academy that has been set up in 2022 and that is aiming to provide learning solution to ASML and is part of a network of 8 Academies in total across ASML.
