Introduction
We are looking for an experience Project Lead Logistics who will lead improvement projects in a dynamic environment. As Project Lead Logistics you will lead improvement projects within the Logistics Operations and you will also contribute to cross-sector projects. You will continuously improve, secure and standardize operational logistics processes, including integration with SAP and other IT tooling.
Role and responsibilities
·Design of logistics processes and systems
·Implementation of logistics solutions, including supplier selection and training of employees
·Optimalisation of logistics processes by analyzing processes and initiate improvements
·Driving the structural improvement program within Operational Logistics in general
Education and experience
·Bachelor or Master in business engineering, industrial engineering, operational management or logistics.
·4 – 7 years’ experience in operational logistics & engineering, preferably in a high-tech, low-volume assembly environment
·Project, Program and Portfolio management knowledge and experience
·Project management certification
·Track record of leading process improvement projects
·Hands-on experience with continuous improvements based on lean principles and effective change management
·Experience with SAP-EWM, their set-up and application is a pre
·Experience with simulation or process mining is a pre
·Experience with automated storage and retrieval systems is a pre

·Coordinate groups of employees from different levels of education
·Leadership skills, drive for results, act under high pressure
