We are seeking a driven Project Manager to join our team in Wilton, CT. This role will be reporting to the newly created role of Strategy Execution Manager in the Wilton Management Team. The candidate will be responsible for project management, execution, and reporting for strategic projects across all aspects of the organization, including Design & Engineering, Wilton Factory, Sourcing and Supply Chain, Human Resources, Corporate Real Estate, Finance, and other functions. This is an opportunity to learn about the overall business of ASML across all sectors and to drive high impact change throughout the organization.

Role and responsibilities

We are seeking a driven Project Manager to join our team in Wilton, CT. This role will be reporting to the newly created role of Strategy Execution Manager in the Wilton Management Team. The candidate will be responsible for project management, execution, and reporting for strategic projects across all aspects of the organization, including Design & Engineering, Wilton Factory, Sourcing and Supply Chain, Human Resources, Corporate Real Estate, Finance, and other functions.   • Work closely with the Strategy Execution Manager to ensure high priority programs are completed, including motivating team members with an understanding of the rationale and importance of project success.

  • Actively engage and align with Sector Heads, Department Managers and Group Leads to secure necessary resources.

  • Create detailed project plans including resource requirements.

  • Define deliverables for project team members.

  • Delegate tasks and follow up.

  • Communicate project progress to Senior Leadership as well as stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Understand proper escalation paths and acts accordingly.

  • Manage project interdependencies.

  • Understand how your project links to the overall organization.

  • Properly manage impact of changes of your project plan.

  • Technical background with relevant knowledge in one discipline (mono or multi).

  • Is able to assess and mitigate project risk based on input of team members.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Education and experience

  • Minimum educational requirement is a bachelor’s degree in business, physical sciences or engineering. Business training (eg MBA) highly regarded but not required.

  • Minimum 8 years experience, with at least 5 years experience in managing projects with internal and external business partners.

  • In-depth knowledge of technology tools for data management, modeling, forecasting, and reporting purposes.

  • Must have practical experience with project planning and successful track record of execution.

  • Project Management qualification (e.g. PMP) or other formal training is desirable.

  • Ability to use all required office and engineering tools to include MS Project or similar, document control system, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and electronic e-mail systems.

  • Ability to work effectively across functional boundaries to build relationships with all areas in the company, to understand and reconcile higher level company and customer needs.

  • Experience with SAFe Agile is a plus.
