The Society & Community Engagement (S&CE) team focuses specifically on needs and priorities that are important for the communities where we operate, focusing on our key themes of attractive communities, inclusive communities and STEM education. As Society & Community Engagement Data & Reporting Manager, you lead the measurement and reporting function in the Society & Community Engagement (S&CE) department, including preparation and implementation/execution of compliant CSRD reporting. You will be responsible for proactively leading continuous improvement of data and reporting to support the S&CE program managers and management team. You will collaborate closely with your S&CE counterparts in other regions to share global best practices, align measurement/reporting methods and create global/regional alignment where appropriate.

Job Description

You will join the Society & Community Engagement department and will report to the Global Head of Society & Community Engagement. Your responsibilities:

Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) compliance and supporting processes/systems:

  • Prepare for and ensure Society & Community Engagement (S&CE) compliance with the external reporting requirements of the European Union’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)

  • Map the landscape of key processes that determine high quality CSRD reporting and drive efforts to ensure that these processes are applied by individual stakeholders/data owners to ensure timely and accurate reporting of CSRD metrics and KPIs

  • Drive and pro-actively lead the development and continuous improvement of the processes that impact the quality of CSRD reporting, in order to support the S&CE program managers and management team.

  • Closely monitor CSRD developments and provide insights

Supporting, advising and reporting:

  • Support and advise the management team by overseeing consistent and high-quality reporting of key data (including but not restricted to CSRD metrics)

  • Support portfolio manager with ASML internal governance process and preparation

  • Lead portfolio impact measurement approach and execution; aggregate reliable data from external partners and report

  • Contribute to materials needed for quarterly decision making process

  • Drive S&CE annual report content and contributions

  • Prepare various community reports for internal and external distribution and inclusion as required for project proposals, government reporting

  • Provide insights in financial and non-financial progress on our S&CE portfolio of programs and projects; forecast and report on pipeline overview

Trends & insights

  • Monitor and advise senior management on current social impact trends, reporting and disclosure requirements and best practices

  • Pro-actively contribute to S&CE as a whole and its deployment within ASML

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a relevant field.

Experience

You have 8+ years of experience in finance or consulting. Working experience in technology and an ESG/sustainability reporting is a plus.

  • Focus on delivering value/tangible business outcomes: draft a plan and come up with ideas to make it work. Recognize business objectives behind plans. Identifies desired results. Understand value added work. Act accordingly, seeking advice from manager when unsure.

  • Stakeholder management: be sensitive to the needs of a variety of different stakeholders and ability to independently set priorities.

  • Project management: planning, results-oriented, manage resources, risks, etc.
