Global operational procurement wants to enable S&SC(Sourcing &Supplier Chain) in reaching its strategic goals by being a best-in-class operational team driving efficiency and quality throughout all our global processes, and providing excellent service to our (internal) stakeholders, using talented individuals.

Role and responsibilities

Support global operational procurement department in daily activities.
1.Procure to pay process

  • RFQ
  • Cost Analysis/Negotiation
  • Order placements
  • Follow up PR to PO status


  • Down-payment request submission
  • Clarification for invoice deviation with suppliers

3.Supplier management
4.Orders management, operational buying, tactical buying

Education and experience

  • Master/Bachelor
  • 3 - 5 years
