Ensure the future service demand of the service supply chain is secured:
- Ensure all service demand (long term forecast) is integrated into supplier capability assessments for both factories and suppliers
- Obtain insight in risks for service and drive mitigation plans to close the gaps for service demand
- Deliver comprehensive insight in future supplier capability gaps for all business lines; summarize the gap closure plan status and determine impact for the service supply chain. Escalate when needed.
Job Description
Be part of the Service Forecasting team and:
- Share relevant updates to stakeholders and involve in gap closing plans
- Act as a linking pin/point between two supply chains and sourcing with respect to supplier capabilities
- Coordinate the process on behalf of the installed base of the customer and ensure data consistency between the two supply chains
- Process owner for the service supply chain on supplier capability
- Report out on completeness of the capability assessment for service and capability results. Drive for 100% completeness
- Determine risk & impact for the service supply chain and define the critical gaps that need explicit follow up
- Drive mitigation actions with sourcing on gaps and involve the right stakeholders
- Report out on progress & impact
- Ownership of supplier capability dashboard
- Ensure maintenance
- Quarterly refresh of data
- Improve and support users with interface changes and analysis
- Participate in supplier capability carousels as demand owner (voice of customer); challenge plans
Education
Relevant Master degree (e.g Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply chain or Engineering)
Experience
- Experience with end-to-end supply chain process improvement
- Experience with data analyses
- Has > 5 years of experience in (service) supply chain
- Familiar with ERP – preferably SAP
- Experience in working in a team driven by continuous improvement

This Service Forecasting team is part of the Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) departments. CSCM is responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with customers. CSCM manages challenges in a global network with thousands of unique spare parts and delivers true customer satisfaction through differentiated and affordable logistics services. ASML’s aggressive time-to-market strategy and increasing system functionality means machines are often upgraded at the customer during their lifetime. CSCM’s highly educated workforce drives planning and execution of spare part management network of ASML.
