Background Information

As Communications Coordinator Intern, you will work with the EUV Factory Engineering team, a department composed of approximately 400 engineers. The department is responsible for delivering technical solutions in the construction of EUV scanners and for their installation at customers sites globally. As Communications Coordinator, you will be involved in executing the communications strategy developed by the team.

Your Assignment

The assignment involves restructuring information crucial for engineers to proceed effectively in their departments. Among those responsibilities you will:

  • Use the established communications strategy as a baseline to develop a web-based presence in SharePoint. This will be used to communicate relevant information needed by the team.
  • Create templates for each communication piece in where you identify the author.
  • Plan executional routines with authors to ensure publication deadlines are met.
  • Be responsible for leading the plan and for continuously identifying areas of content improvement.
  • Conduct monthly engaging interviews with new hires and then publish those interviews to foster enthusiasm around newcomers joining the team.

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

  • Are a bachelor or master student in Communications, Business Administration, Information Sciences, or related;
  • Are proficient in SharePoint and Office 365;
  • Have knowledge with WordSmith/editing in English;
  • Have editing skills (such as, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Have strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and good stakeholder management;
  • Are organized and have the ability to prioritize;
  • Are proactive, motivated, and able to deal with changes.

This is a bachelor or master internship suitable for apprentice with a duration of 3-6 months, starting on November 2023.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship.

This position requires access to U.S. controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such U.S. controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with applicants who are immediately eligible to access U.S. controlled technology.
