Introduction to the job

The project coordinator role is within CS Apps HMI program and operation team, based in Taiwan. The main focus for this job is to lead nPGP projects for HMI CS community and driving process efficiency improvement across various topic include Parts usage/reliability, Labor efficiency, Quality, Knowledge management.....etc.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Role and responsibilities

1. To able to identify business develop needs, turn into improvement project via strategy thinking and project management driving force.

2. To perform data analysis deep dive on CS operations, topics may involve with Parts usage/reliability, Labor efficiency, Quality, Machine performance, Knowledge management…etc. 

3. To perform the CS various project with:

(1) Overall project manage and deliverable driving commitment;

(2) Demonstrate the clear objective, improvement plan and prove the project benefits to business;

(3) Plan and track project  progress with clear milestones, deliverables, targets and risk mitigation;

(4) Align and coordinate with stakeholders to drive for agreed solutions;

(5) Apply and utilize PM tool/techniques to manage the efficiency;

(6) Engage stakeholder with clear communication and implementation

Education and experience

Master, >7yr working experience

Skills

1. Good data mining and analysis capabilities and presentation skills

2. Familiar with project management techniques, methods

3. Dare to open communication, coordination & conflict management

4. Dedication and drive for improvement solution

5. Proficiency English writing & oral communication

6. working experience in semiconductor industry is preferred
