As a Data Analyst/Research Methodologist you are a part of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) on Global housing and workplace experience, within Corporate Real Estate. The CoE is responsible for defining strategies, creating standards and supporting teams withing CRE to bring the best solutions on workplace experience. A data driven approach is key towards further development of our workplace strategy and preparing for the future.
Job Mission
In the position of Data Analyst, you will be working in in the Center of Excellence of ASML Corporate Real Estate team. As Data Analyst you will Collect, analyze and interpret data in the field of Workplace experience. Draw conclusions, present results and use results to write reports/advice. Furthermore, you will
Coordinate data analysis. Develop methodologies to analyze data. Design, plan and execute research projects.
In this position as Data Analyst, you take responsibility:
To find and combine (structured and unstructured) data, transfer it into management information and insights (by applying different techniques), as foundation for successful structural improvement of the real estate portfolio’s.
Execute (automatic) analysis, create reports, create modelling and strategic solutions.
Job Description
Presenting and explaining analytical problems, approach, results and recommendations
Perform queries, run models, link analyses and insights to business/project results and prepare reports.
Collect, clean, organize (database knowledge) & analyze structured and unstructured data, transform it to management information.
Education & Experience
HBO / master's in business Intelligence or similar.
5-8 years' experience in working with data, techniques, analysis tools and statistics.
Knowledge of Statistics and Business Intelligence, databases and techniques.
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets.
Knowledge of data modelling, cleansing and transformation.
Knowledge/understanding of real estate portfolio’s, housing solutions and services.
Fluent in English language and Dutch is a pre.

Pragmatic, pro-active, entrepreneurial.
Team player, good social skills, customer-oriented
Good communicative skills, including presentation skill (Study creation and data collection, data analysis and modelling, strategic reporting and advice, development of (web based) solutions, data visualization.
