Engineering | Data Analytics internship (non-thesis): Business Intelligence Analyst

Background information

As part of the operational excellence work stream of the DUV DoA Zero Repeat and Operational Excellence project, the main goal of the project is to work with DoA (Dead on Arrival) process and support root cause analysis for DoAs by working with different stakeholders from different sectors (Development & Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Support etc.) within ASML.

Your assignment

You would take a supportive role in assisting the Reporting and Data analysts in the below domains:

1.  Data validation and feasibility studies for improvement of data quality.
2. Connecting with stakeholders to increase automation and live data visibility.
3. Data analysis for internal stakeholders for data obtained via SAP, Spotfire.
4. Investigate and improve consistency of data and Interface across Reports and Spotfire dashboards.

Your profile

To be a perfect match with this internship opportunity, you:

• Are a MBO or HBO student studying engineering or data analytics (or similar).
• Have knowledge of MS Excel and basic data analysis principles.
• Have good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Are analytical and think logically.
• Knowledge of Spotfire, SAP is a bonus.

This is an apprentice internship, for the duration of 6 months, 4-5 days a week, starting as soon as possible.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship.
