[Job Mission]
Our Field Application Engineers deliver innovative solutions for lithography and metrology via collaboration with our customers and headquarters in Veldhoven. We are searching for candidates to fulfil the Field Application Engineer role in Yokkaichi(Mie), Japan.

[Job Description]

- Optimize lithography/metrology processes in high volume manufacturing and R&D environments
- Collaborate with customer in Japan and our head office in Veldhoven, the Netherlands
- Deliver technical presentations and project overviews in periodic meetings and workshops
- Support new business opportunities with Sales and Marketing via evaluations of our new products
- Enable cost reduction in high volume manufacturing

- Multinational team
- Several members are from other semiconductor-industry-company
- Overtime: Around 20hours/month

- Five-day work week (Sat/Sun off)

[Education requirement]
- Masters or Doctor in Engineering, Science or Mathematics
- Or, Bachelor in Engineering, Science or Mathematics with 2＋ years of experience in semiconductor industry

[Language requirement]
- Must have business level of Japanese.(at least JLPT2 level)

- Business level of English.

[仕事内容]

最先端の半導体製造現場にて使用される露光装置と計測装置の最適な使用方法を模索・提案していきます。
国内のフィールドサービスエンジニアや営業、マーケティングのメンバー、オランダ本社の技術チームと連携しながら業務を進めていただきます。

・露光処理後に発見されたオーバーレイ・寸法・フォーカス問題の解析および解決方法の提案
・問題調査の為に必要となる実験案の作成・提案
・オランダ本社と協力し、顧客が求める装置性能の達成
・営業・マーケティング部門と協力し、装置およびオプション機能の販促活動
・新規装置・オプション機能の客先評価・本社評価デモ
・顧客およびオランダ本社との定期会議・コール
・顧客およびオランダ本社との会議におけるプレゼンテーション
