Helpdesk employee Industrialization Tooling

You will be working in the department Mechanical development industrialization Tools where you are responsible for the data accuracy of ASML tooling and solving issue during registration of tooling within ASML. You are also the first contact person for the architect, designer and field support engineers.

Role and responsibilities

• Helpdesk for tooling without a tool competence assigned
• Take care of that the tools can be registered
•  Contact architect to link the 12NC to ToCo
•  Contact designer to link the 12NC to tool category
•  Check data completeness for tooling competence
•  Prepare data for CCB meeting
• Solve small tooling issue of past them through

Education and experience

High school diploma

• At least 3 years of experience with registration tooling
• At least 3 years of experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams
• Hands on experience
• ASML / semiconductor industry experience is an advantage

• Broad business knowledge

The department ED EUV DE Tools and Safety ME EE  Industrialization is responsible for providing mechanical and thermal architecture solutions focusing on cost of ownership, serviceability, manufacturability and early supplier involvement.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
