HR | Psychology Internship: Support of the global coaching and mentoring program

Introduction

Are you a bachelor or master student in HR, Psychology or something related? Do you have a great affinity with learning and people development? Then this apprentice internship could be interesting for you!

Background information

Within ASML we bring both coaching and mentoring to the next higher level of maturity in the organisation; we've worked on both the service and the skills development. The service part consists of a global platform that helps with the matching and supports the coaching & mentoring process, moreover we can collect data from these relationships. The skills part consists of learning journeys that help our leaders and potential mentors develop the neccesary skills to be able to coach and mentor themselves. This new intitiative has recently been launched (July '23), now we need to consolidate the change in our "sustain" organization.

Your assignment

You are going to support both the progam manager of Coaching and Mentoring in all aspects of the program deployments. We're looking for an intern that can support in the following tasks (taking individual qualities into consideration);  1) Coordinate internal coach pool; 2) Data analytics C&M platform 3) Support the design of Executive Coaching 4) Deploy LXP journeys from MVP towards sustain 5) Help create and deploy a Mentoring Service Menu 6) Provide Operational support (including Change & Communications support) 7) Coordinate EMCC level mentoring training on intermediate and advanced level.

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

• Are a bachelor or master student in HR, Psychology or a related field;

• Are looking for an apprentice internship to gain work experience;

• Have a great affinity with Learning and People Development;

• Are a great team player with good stakeholder management skills;

• Are experienced with Design Thinking and have basic MS Office skills.

This internship has a duration of 6 months, for 3 to 5 days per week. The start date will be as soon as possible.

You need to be enrolled as a student during the entire duration of the internship.
