We have a unique opportunity in our HR team, covering enabling business functions IT and communications globally.
ASML IT (~1300 employees) enables scaling up our business through digitization of processes, supporting ASML digitalization (data products for client and business) with a scalable common digital platform and related operating model, and creating an unrivalled and leading digital work environment to ensure an effective and fully tooled workforce that is happy to work for ASML.
ASML Communications (~100 employees) helps to advance ASML's strategic objectives and protect and enhance ASML's reputation as a trusted corporate partner and citizen, informing, engaging and connecting employees in order to drive their motivation and capabilities to execute strategic and complex task, and helps to generate inflow of skilled and qualified talent and works to establish ASML as an employer of choice for target audiences.
Role and responsibilities
As HR Business Partner you will work closely together with the IT Solution Delivery department and will directly support them, e.g. by driving people planning, implementing HR strategies, ensure aligned execution of corporate processes and aligning with stakeholders. Furthermore, you will help them in their transformation further aligning with their business stakeholders, towards working Agile and e2e thinking in ASML. Both from an organizational development and organizational change perspective.
In this role you will be part of the HR IT & Communications team and sub-sector MT.
Education and experience
Bachelor's (HRM or Business Administration) or Master's degree (HRM or BA).
Independent business partner. Knowledgeable in all HR functional areas. Strong emphasis on independence, ability to manage complexity and leadership development.
Substantial general work experience and comprehensive, progressive HR related experience.
