The Mission is to support newly hired D&E employees to onboard into ASML. Your role will be to assist the team with high level initiatives within R&D Academy supporting programs using your adult learning knowledge and experience. This role would support the New@D&EOnboarding program, and work specifically on a project incorporated in the redesign of learning content. The Project would involve needs analysis, Survey creation, focus group creation, contextual analysis, and adult learning theory.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Role and responsibilities
Contribute to new learning re-design pilot program for ASML. Partnering with our international team members to establish clear goals.
Must be able to adapt quickly to the ASML business, recognize key stakeholders and formulate partnerships.
Demonstrate adult learning knowledge theory to leverage within Development and Engineering sector learning projects.
Identify training and learning skills needs across different level, and advising key stakeholders on best practices for learning (training) delivery.
Serves as a subject matter expert in digital learning trends, training and development tools, and provide ideas that continuously explore new and innovative approaches to learning.
Education and experience
Working towards Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Combination three years classroom education and/or experience.
Started Master’s degree.
Instructional design experience (basic):
Learning knowledge of ADDIE method, or adult learning process
Online Learning techniques.
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate.
Project management:
Manage triple constraint (scope, time, cost), risks, progress reporting.
