Manufacturing - Data Analyst (Supply Chain Planning) - Tainan

Introduction to the job

You will work as an data analysist and process optimizer in ASML Planning & Logistics department, aim at optimizing the process and flow within Tainan factory to increase the efficiency. Besides, you will also need to proceed the digital transformation job to grow the business.

Role and responsibilities

1. Explore opportunities for organization and develop digital transformation to achieve company business goals

2. Identify KPIs and implement initiatives to increase operational efficiency

3. Collaborate with operational users and IT to sync project and data flow

4. Define automated process and develop tools(WPF, windows form, other GUI interface) to save manual work

5. Build dashboard and proceed data visualization for each KPIs Monitor report on KPIs, find insight(trend, anomaly…) to help stakeholders to make decision

6. Develop and maintain workflow for backend data applications and structures of business intelligence, using ETL, OLAP and operate DB maintenance job

7. Find topics and design methodology of machine learning on data analysis to give advanced data driven solution

8. Runs ad hoc analysis to diagnose trends and answer specific questions

9. Continually initiate and implement process improvement tasks to achieve excellent performance for organization

Education and experience

Bachelor, Master Degree

Skills

BA/MA of IE, Statistics, CS and Data science related fields. Data base management experience, familiar with Python, SQL, C#, java and VBA Front end design ability, familiar with Tableau, Spotfire, PowerBI, VB.net and WPF Knowing with Git, API, project management experience(like JIRA) is a plus Knowledge with machine learning, proven data analysis practical project is a plus
