Introduction to the job
Our department specializes in IT Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), with a focus on digital work instructions and operational sequences. We operate within an Agile framework but also collaborate closely with other departments following traditional project management approaches.
We are looking for a dynamic Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead an Agile Release Train (ART) within IT PLM. This release train is owning the business process for digital work instructions and operational sequences. As RTE you will be leading and facilitating a multi-disciplinary scaled Agile release train (60+ FTE) and unify agile and traditional project models while collaborating with large programs.

Transparency & Insight: Use tools like Jira and ServiceNow to provide real-time updates and metrics on ART performance.
