Introduction to the job
Responsible for leading implementation of effective learning and development strategies, plans and procedures in line with ASML people development strategy in country level.
This role is a strategic partner in the field of people development working with various stakeholders to provide people development intervention aligned with the ASML People Strategy to develop employees to their full potential and contribute to ASML's success.
Role and responsibilities
Lead overall learning & development intervention and manage the learning portfolio (formal / informal learning) to determine gaps and to flag issues in country level in line with people strategy
Build strong partnership and align with various stakeholders to translate business needs into learning & development solutions to enable the delivery people strategy
Provide internal consultancy on application of learning interventions to HR Business Partners and business leaders
Promote a continuous learning culture
Responsible for the management of daily operations of team
Manage and collaborate with vendors to develop or acquire learning experiences to address specific business needs
Participate in project to structurally improve global People and organization programs and projects, with a specific focus on aligning with local learning culture and needs
Propose and prepare Asia high-potential programs at ad hoc basis
Collect and share local best practices, success stories so that HR team can learn from each other to reach higher level both on quality and quantity for learning & development programs
Facilitate workshops
Manage and track the allocated learning budget
Education and experience
10+ years of People/Organizational development work with focus on L&D, leadership development, talent management and organizational effectiveness.
Strong track of record of project management, strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to balance stakeholders, secure resources and meet multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience/Accreditation in coaching, facilitation, interventions and digital learning, is a plus
