Position in the organization

The holder of this position reports to the Group Leader  LAB Production Engineering Layout within the Twinscan Factory.

Job mission

As competence engineer Pre-install you will be the technical interface for D&E projects to deliver a high quality package of pre-install documentation, which enables our customers to successfully prepare their fabs for the installation of their ASML machine.

Job description

• Be the first point of contact for customer site to determine impact on their facilities related to new product introductions;

• Be responsible to deliver and maintain the documentation package to our end-customers, which provides them all the information they need to install the facility supplies, required to install and operate their new ASML machine;

• Be the first point of contact for the customer site for all sustaining facilities related questions;

• Be the technically interface with all D&E projects to collect and combine this information in a single package. This gives you the opportunity to learn about many different aspects of the latest ASML machines.

• You will need to challenge projects to ensure customer requirements are taken into account in the design.

Educational level

Higher Technical College (HBO)/ BSc.(Applied)Physics/Mechatronics/Electronics/Mechanics

Experience

• Preferably 3 years of experience in a production environment with high tech products and complex production processes.

• Experience in reading of technical drawings and CAD system;

• Experience in project planning;

• Effective interpersonal skills; able to convince others, good communication skills;

• Proficient in English;

• Good planning skills;

• Takes ownership, plenty of initiative;

• Focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement;
