Introduction to the job

As a member of the vacuum workcenter you will be responsible for releasing H2 to the NXE and EXE systems in a safe and controlled way, you will be responsible for advanced helium leak testing and you will be responsible for RGA tooling and interpreting RGA reports.

Role and responsibilities

This role occupant works in EHS team of Manufacturing, CS or CRE. Main activities occur in the cleanroom (ASML or customer) or at the facilities. Interfaces mainly with team lead and employees on the workfloor.
Performs routine tasks, under close supervision.

Responsibilities:

Key EHS processes (e.g. Incident Management, Compliance Management, JSA/Risk Management, Inspections/ Audits, Sustainability Reporting)
Executes existing EHS processes and ensures employees work in line with safety requirements in (COACH) prodecures.

Technical competence areas 
Uses technical competence in a practical working environment.

Enhance EHS culture & communication
Supports the improvement of the EHS culture at the work floor.

Education and experience


Bachelor in technical degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience

Requires knowledge of EHS processes and procedures acquired through advanced vocational education in relevant area. experience in a high tech, cleanroom environment required.
Hands-on mentality.
Collaborates in a positive and efficient manner.
Communicates effectively to employees and other stakeholders; stays friendly at all times; provides constructive feedback and listens carefully to any feedback given.
Drives results to ensure EHS improvements at the workfloor.
