Role and responsibilities

Drive Lean based culture change: Everybody proudly improves everyday

· Be an ambassador of Operational Excellence, Safety, Quality and Lean.

· Incorporate Daily Performance Management, Performance Dialogue, and leadership behaviors.

· Establish a foundational maturity across the teams, and build upon this to the next level of maturity.

· Be the respected and challenging business partner. Build capabilities by coaching, training, facilitation and advising teamsand leadership across the Manufacturing Service organization.

Coach improvement projects to achieve Manufacturing Services business goals.

· Drive the improvement projects to results. Support in the project leads in doing the things the first time right way.

· Use ASML best practices like value stream analysis, kaizen events; mission control, visual management and skill matrix.

· Know how to balance impact and maturity development.

Contribute to the development of Manufacturing Services - Operational Excellence, building Standard Work.

· Actively support the development of Manufacturing Services OpEx team. Share and leverage your knowledge, bestpractices, standards and learnings.

· Find synergies across Manufacturing Services competences, and broader within ASML. Team up with OpEx relatedcompetencies inside & outside the organization of Manufacturing Services.

Education and experience

You

· are Bachelor and/or Master level educated.

· have 8+ years experience in manufacturing and/or warehousing.

· possess expert knowledge of continuous improvement/ operational excellence/ TPS/ Lean.

· possess broader shopfloor knowledge and experience within supply chain, logistics, and warehouse.

· have experience in project management and change management.

· can train many aspects of Lean in a practical, and down to earth way.

· can lead value stream sessions, kaizen events, and can enthusiastically facilitate without being the expect.

· are fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.

Other information

You will join the Manufacturing Services Lean Transformation Team, which is part of the Manufacturing Services Operational Excellence team. You will report into the Lean Deployment Lead. Manufacturing Services is the broader logistics and services department of ASML, which supports the Veldhoven factories and the field.
