Introduction to the job
The Tool Quality department within the LO Tool Center provides professional Tool Management support to ensure manufacturing excellence. We are responsible to ensure that tools are available at the right time, on the right place according to ASML safety regulations and quality standards.
As a team we are motivated to continuously improve our support in a safe and structural way within a High Tech logistic and technical environment. As part of LEAN deployment we are creating, simplifying and standardizing our processes, aiming to increase the quality and decrease the costs.
The Tool Quality Technician contributes to the Tool Maintenance process of ASML and is responsible for the registration of new and existing factory, field and upgraded tools, including validation of the maintenance plan. Also supports correct administration during usage of tools.
It is important to balance day-to-day production output and maintain a quality point of view.
Role and responsibilities
·Administration of tools for which registration is required.
·Process information in administrative systems.
·Receiving and sending tools, internal from factory and external from supplier.
·Understands and works according the safety and quality guidelines regarding tools.
·Accompany internal customers during quality inspection, help with logistics and administration.
·Participation in quality or process related improvement projects.
·Monitoring the department performance and initiate continuous improvement.
Education and experience
·MBO 3/4 Logistic education, Technical Administration or similar.
·2/3 years of experience within logistics and/or production environment.
·Proactive and hands on mentality, think in solutions and opportunities.
·Good computer skills in general (MS Office), knowledge of SAP and Spotfire is highly preferred.
·Good communication skills and knowledge of the English and Dutch language in word and writing.
·Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement is a pre.
