The Campus Quality Manager supports our global Real Estate Development Vision & Mission. Together with our ASML society, we develop and execute the strategy to provide adaptable and fit-for-purpose real estate and employee services.
Role and responsibilities
As manager Campus Quality you are responsible for defining and orchestrating the Workplace Experience, Sustainability and Wellbeing strategy of our worldwide campuses by defining roadmaps, establishing requirements and deploying global and local enhancement initiatives.
Furthermore, you will responsible as;
-Owner and Driver Global Wellbeing Roadmap
-Owner WELL Strategy and Requirements: WELL Certification process, WELL Portfolio tactics, Contact person for WELL consultants and IWBI account manager
-CRE Representative in the HR-led Global Wellbeing Team
-Owner and Driver Sustainability Strategy and Requirements
-SPOC for Workplace Experience, Sustainability, Wellbeing in Real Estate Development & Strategy
Education and experience
-Bachelor or master degree in the area of HR, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, Facility Management or related.
-5-8 years working experience in a dynamic, fast-paced multinational organization.
-Expert knowledge in the areas of Wellbeing, Sustainability, Real Estate.
-Proven track record of driving strategic objectives into actionable plans and taking accountability on seeing those through
-Familiar with ESG goals
-Common tech skills: Words, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
