The Global Manufacturing Change Team is looking for Organizational Change Managers (OCMs) who will work in the various change projects.

The Manufacturing (MF) Business Performance Improvement (BPI) and Strategy department defines, enables and jointly executes the Manufacturing Strategy to continuously improve Operational Performance of the global network of factories of ASML. The MF BPI & Strategy department guides and supports the 8 factories to “Do the right things”. Within the Global Manufacturing (GMF) organization, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team is responsible for deploying the Manufacturing-related breakthroughs and structural improvements (the GMF portfolio). The OCM team is focused on developing and driving the organizational change strategy, change competence building and change deliverable execution for the (cross) manufacturing portfolio implementation.

Role and responsibilities

The Organizational Change Manager is a competence expert who engages the human factor in transformation programs by driving three main themes. 1) Impact, 2) Readiness and 3) Sustainability with the following results and benefits:

· Impacted personnel are prepared and willing to adopt the change and work in new ways. Readiness for changes results in quicker benefits realization and less risk of redesign, rework and rescheduling.

· Maximum return on investment through high adoption and efficient use of new ways of working, processes, systems.

· Organization & competencies in place to drive sustainable results during and after the transformation is completed.

The Organizational Change Manager is responsible for driving and delivering the change management strategy and deployment across factories.
This is done in co-creation with the line organization and a multifunctional program / project team and sometimes a business adoption team or deployment lead(s). The Organizational Change Manager is also responsible for change competence building.

•Takes ownership and responsibility in defining and delivering the change management-, learning- and communication strategy and deployment of strategic / tactical structural improvement programs and projects in co-creation with the line organization and the program / project team
•Drives and executes the Change plan according to ASML’s change management framework with high flexibility to adapt the plan on changing requirements and complexity
•Responsible to build organizational change management skills in the line organization and program / project team
•Coaches leadership in their role as “change and communication leader”
•Best practice exchange and learning with other Organizational Change Managers

Education and experience

•Bachelor or Masters degree in a business and/or technical field, or equivalent experience
•10+ years’ experience in project or group management
•5+ years’ experience in large scale business change / transformation programs in a technical industrial cross-cultural environment (experience in ASML organization and/or Manufacturing is a plus)
•(Senior) training, facilitation and coaching skills and experience at various organizational levels (leadership to shop-floor)
•Knowledge and experience with change management and continuous improvement methods as Lean and/or Agile
•Knowledge and experience with Program-Project Management, Benefits Management, Learning and Communication
