Thousands of dedicated engineers across the globe support our clients on and off-site 24/7 – and Central Services is essential to making this happen, helping deliver great service through a range of crucial support roles.

As part of ASML's Customer Support Analytics & Planning team, there are plenty of opportunities for Data Analysts to apply sophisticated tools and data models to improve our business insights and drive better service. For Business Planners, we offer rich opportunities to optimize ASML’s planning processes and solutions and to plan our budgets based on cost, quality and efficiency.

Role and responsibilities

  • Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you are the subject matter expert on reporting and play a key role in improving how we run the business and change the business. Together with your colleagues, you will transform CS from an organization where reports are scattered into a fully integrated, optimized and data-driven organization with a single source of truth. You understand the context of the business KPIs, how they are calculated, can identify variations and understand how to document this properly. You interact with our IT department to ensure we industrialize and automate.

  • Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you develop data models and support the generation of business insights by using a combination of cross-sector data sources and applying leading analytics tools and technologies to enable the optimization of ASML and how we create customer value. You enable a predictive and prescriptive capability using the data models. You ensure these insights can be used in operations by creating prototypes and efficiently transfer this towards IT to industrialize.

  • Business Planner

As a Business Planner, you play a key role in planning and reporting on the resources our Customer Support organization needs to service and maintain the performance of our installed base and ASML’s new-generation systems. By looking at labor hour roadmaps, service contracts, installed base numbers, install and upgrade activities, your work is critical to making our service business even better and more efficient, so enhancing our customers’ performance. You collaborate closely with field planners on specific regional activities and support central operational improvement initiatives.

Who are you?

To join our talented Customer Support organization as an Analyst or Planner, you need the following experiences and skills:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytics-based course or similar

  • Over five years’ relevant working experience with proven skills in data/planning;

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

  • Experience with stakeholder management

  • A hands-on mentality
