Introduction & team mission:
Many initiatives run within ASML that impact our product related data (Bill of Materials and attributes). ASML goal is to standardize the way of working to cleanse and migrate all product related data. This requires product related data to be transformed to comply to the new standards.
The mission of the Data Cleansing & Migration team (DC&M) is to support these key initiatives, by ensuring that data is cleansed to comply with new standards, and by migrating it to new platforms.
Your role:
Within the role of Program Lead / Chief Product Owner, you are tasked to lead the functional teams in delivering the cleansing & migration activities per business requests. The total program consists of 6 teams, and account for approx. 60 FTE’s, which are mainly externally outsourced.
The DC&M program lead combines responsibility from content as well as project management perspective.
The DC&M team is in continuously improving, by transforming their activities in a more service oriented business model, and adopting Agile methodology in planning and execution. As Program Lead, you will be responsible for defining, and executing the program vision.
The DC&M Program Lead reports into the Head of Product Owners and is part of S&SC Business Performance & Strategy (BP&S).
Key areas of responsibility:
Content activities:
-Prioritize and Align with business stakeholders on delivery, scope and timeline of activities .
-Maintain backlog in JIRA with the PO’s and align on prioritization.
-Capture and resolve dependencies and impediments within and outside of the program team.
-Part of the deployment team meetings to ensure proper x-team alignment
Project management activities:
-Manage triple constraint of program, through
oresource planning, claim and allocation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
oBudget management of the full team including IT, D&E, farmout, consultancy
oManage scope and timeline to ensure that all activities are delivered in time in full
-Prepare and lead the quarterly PI event to plan and commit to new business requests.
-Prepare and facilitate demo session to update on progress for teams and stakeholders.
Leadership and project management skills
-3-7 years working experience
-Ability to lead a large team in a non-hierarchical program.
-Excellent communication skills
-Stakeholder management in complex x-sectoral setting
-Project Management (PMM, Agile, KD)
Technical skills (experience is a pre):
-Standard MS applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Empower
