As an RTE in D&E Grid Calibration and Drift Control ART (FC65) you work closely with the teams in the ART to ensure the ART delivers on time. You rely on your coaching and facilitation skills to bring alignment. You enable your teams to work in cadence, complementing each other. You help the teams to find better ways of collaborating. Role and responsibilities

As RTE, you are responsible to ensure that the Agile Release Train (ART) is setup in the most optimal way for fast and high quality delivery. You guide the people in the train to ensure that the ART is improving itself and will become excellent. Together with the scrum masters you ensure SAFe competence development.
You ensure that the ART stays on track with their deliverables (e.g. manage escalations / changing priorities). You measure and report on the performance and identify improvements for the ART itself. In the end, the RTE is responsible for Delivery Excellence within the ART.
Network with other RTEs and Agile coaches in ASML to create and exchange learnings and improve our operating model of [email protected]

Creating transparency and alignment on ART status bysetting up, coordinating, and facilitating ART ceremonies
Optimizing flow by tracking, reporting, and measuringART performance and installing continuous integration/delivery
Ensuring high quality & fast delivery of the ART byremoving ART impediments and managing ART dependencies
Ensuring optimal guidance and excellence for the teamsby coaching and developing the Scrum Masters and align the way of workingacross teams
Ensure delivery excellence by keeping the ART stableand shielding it from external interferences
Provide analyses of current (work)processes, evaluatebottlenecks and advice regarding improvements in processes and procedures
Minimize blockers for ART progress by managing therisks

Education and experience

A MSc. degree in Computer Sciences, SoftwareEngineering, Physics, Electronics or Mathematics
8+ years experience with software development in atechnical environment.
Experience as a group leader, project leader, RTE orsenior scrum master
Proactive problem solving; relentless drivingimprovements
Courageous to deliver the truth, even if it is not whatpeople want to hear
Situational leadership, feels ownership/responsible anddeals fairly with everyone
Planning & organizing skills
Change leadership, continuous improvement, and processmanagement
Domain / business knowledge preferable

Position in the value chain:
The RTE works closely with the scrum masters in the train, the relevant architect and the Chief Product Owner to ensure that the Agile Release Train stays on track and improves in performance. You ensure alignment with other RTE’s. In that sense, the teams in the ART are the suppliers for the RTE. Main customers for deliverables are in the line of the program management, ASML factory and customer support.
